Producers and policy holders have several options to report claims to OneBeacon:

  • Online:
    • 24/7 web-based claim reporting is a click away.  You may register at any time, and can access your claim information using your registered user ID and password.
    • The individual who reports a claim receives a submission number. The insured can generally expect contact by the assigned adjuster within 1-2 business days of the online claim submission.
  • By phone at 877.248.3455
    • The 24/7 OneBeacon Claims Call Center receives and processes all new claims, including Workers Compensation Claims. Claims phoned into the 24/7 OneBeacon Call Center before 5 p.m. EST will be immediately assigned a claim number. Producers can go to OneBeacon’s agent portal the next business day to view the claims.
  • By email: claims@onebeacon.com
    • When you have attachments to accompany a claim, email reporting can be ideal. To submit a claim via email, you’ll need to include an ACORD First Notice of Loss Form or similar form.

    Remember to report only one claim per email.
    The sender’s email confirmation will serve as the acknowledgement that OneBeacon has received the claim.

    • Only one claim should be submitted per fax transmission. The sender’s fax receipt will serve as confirmation that OneBeacon has received the claim.
